Al Painter

Al has an award winning approach over 19 years of industry experience, I create fitness programs based on what you want to do, how you like to do it and while making sure you have as much fun as possible along the way. Since 2001, I’ve helped Silicon Valley residents have more energy, laugh as much as they train and get pretty darn strong.
I’ve coached baseball from the T-Ball to the Varisty level and all points in between. This includes waiting to play in a wood bat hardball league this summer. I also raced my mountain bike from 2006-2012 and even found the top step of the podium a few times! Right now, fitness to me means being able to stay strong (and pain free!) enough to keep up with my kids who seem to think my “Off” switch is broken!
