Brielle fell in love with Pilates back in 2002 when she was playing competitive tennis. She found Pilates to be the perfect balance to compliment her training through core work, flexibility and balance. Brielle reconnected with Pilates when she noticed her posture was suffering from sitting at a desk all day. She decided to complete her Pilates training and found that this deeper understanding of her body – both with regard to skeletal alignment and muscular efficiency – not only helped her posture but everyday mental state. Brielle loves sharing her passion of Pilates with others and hopes that you feel your best after leaving a class. Brielle has become known for teaching challenging classes that include strength training, toning, and stretching.
