Georgia’s mission is to customize training for each individual so that specific goals can be met. As an athlete who participated in competitive swimming, water polo, basketball and volleyball, Georgia has developed coaching skills that help clients achieve real results. She believes in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). She also avidly promotes healthy nutrition as an important method to achieve desired goals. In addition to Personal Training, Georgia loves group classes such as RAW, TRX, Spin, Yoga and Stretch.
