Teaches Cycle, Mobi-Fit, RAW, Personal Trainer: Jordana has worked in the fitness industry since 1983 as a Group Exercise Director, Teacher and Personal Trainer. Jordana is certified by Hayward State University, YMCA, SCW (Group Cycling, Aging Adult, Pilates, TRX, Personal Training) and ACE and studied Dance and Nutrition at Canada College, Santa Monica College and San Francisco State University. Jordana earned three National Silver Medals from the National Aerobics Championship Competitions and participated in exercise videos as well as guest starred on several Fitness Shows. She also traveled as a dancer for Reebok.
After suffering a knee injury, Jordana conducted extensive research to learn new methods of exercise to help in her recovery. This led to the development of her own specialized classes. She combines her over 20 years of teaching experience in all genres and three years of physical therapy for herself to give you on of the best workouts on the Peninsula. Her goal is to provide her clients a class that is non impact but heart rate intensive, fun but challenging, and safe AND effective. Every class is tailored to the individual participants, so you’ll get a great workout with high-energy music and personalized attention.
