With over 10 years of experience in personal training and an education in sports medicine, I excel at making my clients durable and injury-resistant! No one can be effective at work OR play with an injured back, hip, knee, or shoulder. I can help you run an extra mile, play a round of golf without downing ibuprofen, pick up your grandchildren with impunity, travel freely without worrying about losing your balance or carrying your bags.

Empowering People
The best thing about my job is empowering people. When a person gets stronger and more in tune with their body, their whole affect changes. The mind is sharper, they have more energy, sleep comes easier, and they become more effective at work and also in leisure activities.

I love the creativity that my job allows, and I enjoy coming up with new ways to push my clients. I place a high importance on continuing education; so I constantly work to increase my knowledge and exercise repertoire. I work hard to change technique and program design and use a variety of methods in my training practice:

Customized Approach

What would I do without Liz! When I started getting involved in endurance sports, I had to have surgery on my Achilles tendon. Liz worked with me through the entire process, getting me strong before the surgery, working me out even while on crutches and in a boot, to helping me back participating in endurance events less than a year from surgery. I was able to do a triathlon and 10k race in less than 12 months post surgery! Her dedication, knowledge and customized approach allows each of her clients achieve the goals they desire.
