Description: Pattie uses her Athletic Trainer background and tons of experience in helping many people rehab from injuries to make this class beneficial for a wide range of individuals. In this class Pattie will isolate the muscle group you are working on then dynamically stretch through the range of motion using basic movement patterns that also work on body awareness and balance.

Mon. 9:45 a.m., Instructor: Denise H., Class: Cardio Blast (Spin/Row/Run): Time: 45-50 minutes.

Description: These are pure Cardio classes that are based on perceived exertion with a strong focus on endurance and the principles of HiiT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts. You will start with a warmup that builds in to intense intervals and we will slow it all down for about a 5 minute cool down. The teacher will gear instructions to "Spinning" but it is easily modified for runners or rowers.

Equipment Needed: A piece of stationary cardiovascular equipment, Stationary Bike, Treadmill, Rower, Elliptical... or go out for a run with your phone and a set of headphones!

Sat. 8:30 a.m., Instructor: Anne L., Class: Cardio Blast (Spin/Row/Run): Time: 45-50 minutes.

Description: These are pure Cardio classes that are based on perceived exertion with a strong focus on endurance and the principles of HiiT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts. You will start with a warmup that builds in to intense intervals and we will slow it all down for about a 5 minute cool down. The teacher will gear instructions to "Spinning" but it is easily modified for runners or rowers.

Equipment Needed: A piece of stationary cardiovascular equipment, Stationary Bike, Treadmill, Rower, Elliptical... or go out for a run with your phone and a set of headphones!
