Voluntary Donations for Classes

Our online classes are free. We do continue to pay our instructors. Many non-members (we operate Mobius Fit, MCC Fitness, SHGCC Fitness, Fit@PRC) have asked about donating for classes. It is NOT MANDATORY, please enjoy the classes, but if you would like to donate, click a comfortable donation amount below.

You need to set up a Zoom account to access the classes listed below. On App stores or go to: https://zoom.us. It's Free.

We have Zoom security procedures in place, but you can help. Please enter class on time (we lock classes after starting). We have set participant's video to not show upon entering. You can turn it on if you wish (be appropriate or be removed from class). We no longer allow chats. We mute microphones once class starts and we DO NOT allow participants to unmute themselves until class ends.

Description: This is an early morning workout geared for a more mature audience. Debby has been teaching this class at Sharon Heights for a while now and has quite the following. Flowing exercise movements, not ballistic. Wake up and smell the coffee with Debby.

Description: Core + Strength is a core based class that emphasizes functional movement. The exercises are constantly varied but focus on core, upper body and lower body combinations. This class will build cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and will enhance your performance and fitness for any activity or sport.

Recommended: Mat, towel, water, HAND WEIGHTS! Don't have Dumbbells, improvise, cans of soup, big or small. A gallon of milk weighs about 7.5 pounds

WE ARE CLOSED UNTIL APRIL 7

It is with a very heavy heart I have to announce that Mobius Fit is TEMPORARILY closing its doors as required by the County of San Mateo's Health Department. We will re-open as soon as it is legal to do so. We expect that date to be April 7th, 2020 and are hoping beyond all hope that it is sooner rather than later.

This is a tough time for all businesses and it will be especially damaging to small businesses. We hope you will continue to support us the way you have over the last nine years of our existence. We have a great fitness community and we want it to continue! Because of you, we have made it this long, and with your continued support we will make it at least another nine years. Thank you for your support, it has never been taken for granted and it never will be! #Mobiusfitcommunity.
