Mobius Fitness Onboarding Page

Welcome to our team, we are excited to get you “onboard” with us!

Before beginning this onboarding process you should have received an employment offer letter. Please sign that agreement, Scan it and upload it (the last item on this page) OR return it to your supervisor or Gordon Bliss in person.

Next, download our Policy and Procedure Manual by clicking the first button below this paragraph. Read through the manual. Once you have read and understand its contents, come back here and complete the onboarding form below. Take note that we are an “At will employment company” and you will need to attest to that fact in the onboarding form and you will attest to the fact that you understand the contents of the Policy and Procedure manual.

The other buttons listed below are links to documents we are required by law to provide to you, our employee. Please download them and familiarize yourself with them. You can always come back to this page and re-download any item if needed.

Lastly, once you begin to fill out this information do not leave this webpage (or at least keep it open) until you have completed all tasks and submitted the form. This page is not “Auto-saved”.
